We are located over in Dombivali East, specifically in the Gurudarshan Apartments in Gandhi Nagar. It’s on the second floor, suite A 212. Most people around here just know us as the office in PT Colony. Integreon Managed Solution Pvt Ltd is what the paperwork says, but we’re just a group of people working together in Thane. The commute to Nandivali can be a bit much for some of us, but we make it work. Our office is a bit tucked away, which is actually quite nice because it stays relatively quiet. We handle a lot of data and managed services here, so we spend a lot of time looking at screens. It’s a local feel in this building, and we know some of the neighbors in the other apartments. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a practical way to run a business, we think. Sometimes the monsoon rains make getting to the office a challenge, but we still manage to keep the operations running. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or slogans. We just want to do our work well and go home to our families at the end of the day. That’s the reality of working here in the 421204 area. We just try to stay focused and get everything done before the weekend hits. It's not flashy, but it works for us.
