Innovative Solutions

Our office is at Satyam CHS, specifically Office No. 1, right near Natraj CHS in Dindayal Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays pretty quiet compared to the main roads of Panchpakhadi. We set up here because it was easier than commuting into the city every day. The office is small, just enough room for a few computers, a printer that jams too often, and a table for meetings. We call ourselves Innovative Solutions, which sounds a bit formal, but we’re really just a few guys trying to solve technical problems for our clients. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. Since we’re in a housing society, we have to be careful about not making too much noise or blocking the stairs. Our neighbors are mostly families, so we see kids playing outside when we leave for lunch. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people just know we’re in Satyam CHS by word of mouth. Sometimes we work through the weekend if a project is behind, but usually, we try to wrap things up by Saturday. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear whatever is comfortable and usually have the radio playing in the background. It’s just a practical way to run a small business without all the extra overhead of a big office block.
