We have been operating out of Gala No. 1 for quite a few years now. Our spot is right near Vasudev Park in the Vasudev Patil Nagar area of Kon Gaon. If you are familiar with Kalyan West, you probably know the neighborhood. It’s a bit away from the main rush but still busy enough. We don’t have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. It’s a practical space where we handle all sorts of technical jobs and repairs. Most of the time it’s just us inside, working through whatever came in that morning. Sometimes the rains make the road outside a bit muddy, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with departments for everything. Usually, whoever picks up the phone is the one who will be doing the work. We like it that way because things don't get lost in translation. We started this because we knew how to fix things and people kept asking for help. It’s stayed pretty simple since then. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing people. Word of mouth around Kalyan has kept us going mostly. You’ll see us there from early morning, usually with the shutter halfway up. It’s a local operation and we know most of the people who walk by the park every day. We just try to get the jobs done right so people don't have to come back twice for the same thing. That’s our basic way of working every day.
