Infinity Prime Hospital Llp is located at Shop No 1 in Amber Arcade, right in the Majiwada area of Thane. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us without messing around with elevators or stairs. Majiwada is a really busy part of Thane, so there is always noise and movement outside our doors. We’ve been in Amber Arcade for a while now. It’s a practical space. We don't have those massive lobbies with art on the walls. It’s just a front desk, some waiting chairs, and the rooms where the work happens. We handle the daily health needs of the families living in the nearby towers. Most of our patients are people who live within walking distance. We have a small group of doctors and staff who keep the place going. It’s a lot of routine stuff—blood tests, consultations, and the like. We try to keep things simple and honest. If we can’t help with something, we say so clearly. We don't use a lot of medical jargon when talking to patients. It’s just plain English so everyone knows what’s going on. The traffic in Thane can be a nightmare, but once you get inside, we try to keep things calm. We’re just a local hospital trying to be useful to the people in Majiwada. We spend our breaks drinking tea and checking the schedule for the next day. It’s a small, honest operation for the community.
