Indussoft

Indussoft is based in the Sadichha Chs Ltd building. We are in B No 2, A Wing, on the third floor. It is a residential society in Thakurli, Dombivli. Being in Thane, especially in a place like 421 202, means life is very much about the train schedule. We work from this flat and it feels very different from a standard office park. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long. There is the 3rd floor view which is not much, but it lets in some light. We have our computers set up where a dining table might usually be. It is a bit of a squeeze when we are all in, but we make it work. Most of us have been in software for a while and we like the quiet of a residential area. We do not have a big sign outside or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to buzz the doorbell. It is a very honest way to work, without all the corporate layers. We spend a lot of time coding and testing things out. Sometimes we take a break and walk down to the local shops for some food. Thakurli has a nice feel to it, and being part of the Sadichha society makes us feel like we belong here. We just keep doing our thing, day after day, right here in the wing. It is just our regular life.
