Navi Mumbai is a good spot for us because it’s close to the main markets and the port. Even though we’re in a modern building, we don't act like some high-flying corporate team. We’re just regular people who know a lot about fruit. We spend our days on the phone with growers and checking on shipments. It gets pretty loud and hectic around here when the citrus season is at its peak. There are always trucks to track and buyers to talk to. We don't have a big, glossy brochure. Most of our work is done through honest conversations and making sure the fruit gets where it needs to go without spoiling. It’s a tough business because nature doesn't always cooperate, and citrus is delicate. We do our best to manage the flow from the farms to the city. It’s not always pretty, and we definitely make mistakes, but we show up every day and keep the wheels moving. That’s just the way it works here in our Turbhe office.
