My desk is usually a bit of a mess with bills and notes everywhere. We try to keep the chairs in the waiting area clean. Dealing with the distributors is a daily task. They come at odd hours sometimes and we have to check everything. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. We’ve seen many school kids grow up and move on. We aren't a big fancy chain, just a local spot. We do our work and go home at the end of the day.
