Working in Thane gives us a good mix of that busy city energy and a slightly slower pace compared to the main part of Mumbai. Idbi Intech Ltd has been around this area for some time. We don't have one of those skyscraper offices you see in movies. It’s a practical space where we sit down and do what needs to be done. The weather here in Maharashtra can be a bit much during the monsoon, but we make it into the office anyway. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s coffee orders by now. Usually, the mornings are spent catching up on emails and checking what came in overnight. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches or glossy brochures. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days are busier than others, especially when we have a lot of data to go through or specific technical things to sort out. It gets a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how it goes. We like the local shops nearby for lunch, it keeps things simple. Being in Thane works for us because it’s a central point for everyone. We focus on the day-to-day stuff without making a big fuss about it. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of focus. We keep things moving and stay busy.
