We are based out of Building 36 in the Seawood Estates, which is part of the NRI Complex in Nerul. It’s up on the ninth floor, in Flat 902. Being in a residential complex like this makes it a bit different from a street-level shop. We are right in the Sector 54, 56, and 58 area of Navi Mumbai. It’s a large complex, so we mostly see the people who live right here. Our office is set up simply. We have the usual desks and filing cabinets you’d expect. It’s a bit of a walk from the gate, but it’s a nice enough area. We spend our time managing accounts and dealing with the administrative side of banking. Since we are in a flat, it feels a bit more personal than a big glass building. We have a window that looks out over the estate, which is a nice break from the computer screens. Most of us commute from other parts of Navi Mumbai. We get a lot of paperwork done here. It’s not a place for flashy displays. We just focus on the numbers and making sure the records are right. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we manage. It’s a quiet corner for banking work. If you’re living in the complex, you know where to find us. We’re just here doing our daily shift, keeping things in order for the residents and anyone else who comes up to the ninth floor.
