We are based in Dombivli West, inside the Jai Balaji Darshan Co-op Housing Society. Our office is A-102, so it’s more of a residential setting than a high-street shop. Being in a housing society means it’s a bit quieter than being on the main road, which we appreciate. Icon Infotech Associates is a small operation. The room we work in is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals that have been gathered over the years. It feels more like a home office than a corporate business. We have a few cupboards where we keep all the spare parts and tools. Since we are in a society building, we know a lot of the neighbors who come to us for help with their home PCs or internet issues. It is a very local vibe. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this for a long time.
