We are tucked away in Room No 506 of Adarsh Nagar Building 2C, right on Kolbad Road in Thane West. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the traffic below. The office isn't very big, just a few rooms where we manage the life insurance business. It’s a practical space. We have computers, some printers that occasionally act up, and shelves full of files. We spend our days meeting with people from all over Mumbai and Thane. They come to us when they need to figure out their insurance or when they have issues with their policies. We try to keep things straightforward. We don’t like using big, confusing words that nobody actually uses in real life. We just explain the plans and help with the signatures. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area if a few people show up at once, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate headquarters; we're just a local branch office where the staff knows your name if you come in often enough. Working in Thane means we're always on the move, but we take the time to make sure every application is filled out properly. It’s a lot of detail work, and we take it seriously.
