We’re right here in Dombivly East, specifically at Takalyan in the Thane district. Most folks around here know where we are if they’ve been around the 421204 area for a bit. It’s Icici Home Finance. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and talking to people about their house plans. It's nothing fancy, just a small office where we sit down and look at numbers. People come in from all over Mumbai and Maharashtra, actually. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when the weather is bad outside, but we manage. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a big corporate skyscraper, just a local spot where you can find us at the desk. We handle the usual stuff related to home loans and financing. Sometimes the printer acts up or we run out of chai, but that’s just how it is. It’s a lot of talking and checking documents. If you’re walking by Takalyan, you’ll see our sign. We try to keep things moving along so people don’t have to wait forever. It’s practical work. We know the neighborhood well because we work here every day. The streets can get busy, especially during rush hour, but we’re usually inside sorting through files. It’s just us doing our jobs in this part of Thane. Nothing more to it really.
