You can find us at Flat 008 in Vishnu Apartments, which is on Plot B 37 in Sector 20 of Nerul. We’re over here in Navi Mumbai, 400706. The name on the door says Icici Home Finance Co Ltd. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We basically run things out of this flat. It’s got everything we need: some desks, a couple of computers, and plenty of space for all the files we have to keep. We spend most of our time going through home loan requests. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s important for the people who come to see us. We’re just regular employees trying to get the paperwork right. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish everything, especially when there’s a rush. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. We don’t do anything flashy. No big advertisements or loud signs. Just a simple office in an apartment building where we handle the finance side of buying a home. If you live in Nerul, you might have walked past Vishnu Apartments plenty of times without realizing we’re here. We like the local feel of it. It’s practical and it works for us. We just sit down with whoever comes in and get to work on their documents.
