We are located at Amrut Baug in Thane, right in that 400605 pin code area. It’s a decent spot, and people around here seem to know where we are without needing a map. The office is in building B 3, and it’s been there for a good while. Thane is always growing, so we see a lot of new faces along with the regulars who have been with us for years. The routine stays mostly the same every day. We open the doors, handle the cash deposits, fix issues with cards, and talk to people about their accounts. It’s a bit of a lived-in space, not one of those shiny new glass buildings you see in the corporate parks. That makes it feel a bit more grounded, I think. We have some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and usually, there’s some chatter going on. The staff here lives mostly in the surrounding neighborhoods, so we understand the local gripes about the commute or the weather. We aren't trying to sell anyone anything they don't need; we just process the transactions and answer the questions. It gets a bit hectic around lunchtime, but we get through it. It’s just a normal bank branch in a busy part of Maharashtra, doing the everyday work that needs doing. We close up at the end of the shift and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood.
