We are located in the Meghdoot Building, right on Road No 16 in Wagle Estate. This part of Thane West is always moving because of all the industries and offices around us. If you work in the estate, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times. The 103 space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Most of our day is spent helping workers and small business owners with their daily banking. It gets quite dusty here with all the trucks passing by outside. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or free coffee machines. Usually, there’s a line near the counter and someone is complaining about the heat. Our team is just a few local people who know the area well. We deal with a lot of paperwork, and the stapler is always running out of pins. The clock on the wall is five minutes fast but nobody bothers to change it. It’s a practical environment. We don't use big words or try to sell you things you don't need. People come in, do their deposits or withdrawals, and head back to work. The 400 604 area is busy and loud, and we are just a small part of that daily grind. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the afternoon sun, so we just open the door for a bit to get some air. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
