Icici Bank

Our office is on the 4th floor of the D 6 Rutu building in Patlipada, right along Ghodbunder Road in Thane West. This is where we handle a lot of the back-end work for Icici Bank. It’s a busy part of town, but being up on the fourth floor keeps us away from most of the noise. We've been at this spot for a few years now. The office isn't anything to brag about, just some desks, chairs, and several computers. Most of the people here live in the nearby suburbs and take the bus to get in. We have a simple routine where we come in, get our coffee, and start working through the daily files. Parking can be a real hassle around here, so most of us don't even bother driving. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just the usual markers for the building. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for a bit of exercise I suppose. We’ve worked together for quite a while, so we know how to handle the busy periods without getting too stressed. It’s just a practical workplace where we get things done. We don't do much in the way of office parties or fancy stuff, we just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much how we run things here in Thane. We try to leave on time most days and get back to our families.
