Our branch of Icici Bank Ltd is tucked away in the Sai Balaji Apartment building. We’re on the first floor, in unit B 103. If you’re familiar with Kalyan West, you probably know Khadakpada Circle; we are right opposite Amrut Park. It’s a decent spot, easy to find if you’re local to the area. Being in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more like part of the community rather than just a cold office block. We deal with the usual banking things here. People from around the 421301 area stop by throughout the day. The stairs up to the first floor aren't bad, and it's usually pretty quiet inside compared to the noise out by the circle. Mumbai is always moving, but inside B 103, we just focus on the ledgers and the customers. We’ve been here for a bit now, just across from the park. It's a practical setup for us. We don't use a lot of fancy words or have big meetings; we just handle the transactions and keep the records straight. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation. If you’re coming from the circle, just look for the Sai Balaji building. We are right there where you'd expect a local bank branch to be. It’s not too complicated. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work on whatever the day brings for us in Kalyan West. Sometimes we even have time to watch the park from the window.
