Icapo Tech Private Limited

Our base is in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Kamothe. We are located in Silver Park, Flat A/304, which sits on Plots 45 and 46 in Sector 36. Icapo Tech Private Limited is just a small group of us working together. Kamothe is a developing area, so there’s always some construction noise or dust in the air. Our office is basically a flat, so it’s got a small kitchen and a balcony. We use the main rooms for our desks and a couple of servers. It’s a bit tight when we are all in the office at the same time, but we make it work somehow. 410209 is the pincode if you’re looking for the building. We don’t do the whole corporate dress code thing. Usually, it’s just t-shirts and jeans for everyone. We focus on tech projects that keep us busy from morning till late in the evening. Sometimes we watch the sunset from the balcony when things get a bit stressful. It’s a simple setup here in Silver Park. We chose this spot because it was affordable and close to where some of the staff live. There isn't any fancy branding on the walls, just a lot of post-it notes and screens everywhere. We’re just trying to provide for our families and do decent work that we can be okay with. It’s not a glamorous life, but it suits us. Being in Navi Mumbai feels like we have a bit more room.
