We are over here at C 10 in the Ideal Tower. It’s right on Achole Road in Shankeshwar Nagar. Usually, the morning is quite a rush because everyone is trying to get in before the sun gets too hot. Thane can be really humid, you know? The office isn't anything fancy but it gets the job done for us. We have a lot of desks and computers everywhere. Hutchison 3 Global Services is the name on the door but most of us just call it the office. People come in, put on their headsets, and start the day. There is a tea stall just down the road where most of us go during the break. The chai is decent there, better than the machine stuff we have inside. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up so we have to wait a bit. It’s a bit noisy with all the traffic on Achole Road but you get used to it after a week or so. We’ve been here for a while now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint maybe, but it doesn't really matter. Most of the people here live nearby in Thane or commute from the city side. It’s just a regular place where people work hard. We don't have those big fancy lounge areas like you see in movies. Just chairs, tables, and a lot of work to finish before the shift ends. It gets quiet in the evenings.
