Our small team at Htl works out of Irisa 102 in Unnathi Gardens. We are located just off Pokharan Road No 1 in Thane West, which is a pretty nice part of the city. The pincode here is 400606. It’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is a lot calmer than being in a big commercial zone. We like it because it doesn’t feel like a factory or a giant corporate office. We just have this one unit where we set up our office. There’s enough room for a few desks and a place to have our lunch. Pokharan Road is usually busy with traffic, but once you get inside Unnathi Gardens, it’s much quieter. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other people in the building. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We show up, get our coffee, and start working through our tasks. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers walking around. We just manage ourselves and make sure we get the work done on time. Sometimes we stay a bit late if there is a big project, but mostly we try to keep regular hours. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't spend money on expensive signs or decorations. It’s just a clean, quiet space where we can focus on our business without any of the usual office drama and noise. It suits us just fine.
