Hindustan Forging & Steel Industries

We are based out of Plot No. F 6/2 on Road No. 25. That’s in the Wagle Industrial Estate. It’s a big area, so sometimes people get turned around looking for the right road number. Hindustan Forging & Steel Industries has been operating from this corner for quite some time now. The sounds of the estate are pretty constant. You hear machines and trucks all day long. It's not the kind of place you'd come for a quiet chat. Our space is filled with the tools and materials we need for the day-to-day work. It’s dusty and loud, but it’s home for us. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. We’re more concerned with making sure the equipment is running and the orders are moving. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by noon. It's hard work, but we’re used to it. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We’ve seen businesses come and go on Road No. 25, but we’ve managed to stay put. The layout of the estate is a bit of a maze if you aren't familiar with it. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. There’s always something that needs fixing or moving. It’s just the way things go at a place like this in Wagle.
