Our office is located in the Rashmi Cooperative Housing Society, right in Thane East. If you know the Ashtavinayak Chowk area, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We are right opposite the SBI branch there. It’s a pretty central spot, which makes it easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a project. The office is just a regular room in the building where we handle all the administrative stuff. It’s usually a bit messy with folders and documents piled up on the desks. We deal with specialized engineering and construction work, though we don't spend much time talking about the technical side of things unless we have to. Most of our guys are out at various locations during the day. We’ve been based in this society for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The morning commute around the chowk can be a bit of a nightmare, but once you’re inside, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We aren't a huge corporation with a lot of fancy titles. We are just a team of people trying to keep our projects moving along. If someone has a question, they usually just drop in and wait for a moment until one of us is free. It’s a very local, hands-on way of doing business, and it seems to work for us. The society gates are usually open by eight.
