Our office is located within the Poonam Sagar Complex on Mira Road. We are at number 21 in the Swapnadeep Co-operative Housing Society. It’s a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a traditional office building. We do advertising work, which means we spend a lot of time in front of our computers. The main room has been converted into a workspace with several desks pushed against the walls. There are usually sketches and printouts pinned up everywhere. We have a small balcony that looks out onto the society’s inner courtyard. You can hear kids playing or people chatting below. It’s a nice change from the noise of the main Mira Road. We’ve been here for quite a while, so we are well-settled into the routine of the building. The kitchen serves as our break room where we make tea and eat lunch. We don't have any fancy signs outside, just a small nameplate. It’s a quiet, focused environment. We handle everything from small print ads to larger campaigns. Most of the time it’s just the sound of clicking mice and the hum of the air conditioner. We like the informal feel of working in a housing society. It keeps things simple and keeps us connected to the local community. It’s just a regular group of people doing creative work.
