Hetal

Hetal is a small business located in the Devdatt Building on Subhash Road. We are right in Dombivli West, which is a part of Thane that feels very lived-in. Our shop is at number 1, so we are right there as you walk in. Across the street is the Punjab National Bank, which is a good way to tell people where to find us. The building itself has been around for quite some time, and it has that look of a place that’s seen a lot of foot traffic. We open the doors every morning and stay until the evening. The area gets really busy, especially with people coming from the station or heading to the bank. It can be a bit dusty with the road right there, but we try to keep the shop floor clean. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just focus on the people who come through the door looking for what we have. It’s a simple life here on Subhash Road. The shelves are usually full, and sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it’s busy, but we find what we need eventually. Most of the people who stop by are locals who live nearby in Dombivli. We’ve gotten to know a lot of them by name over the years. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot where we work hard and go home at the end of the day. It’s not always easy, but we like being part of the street.
