Mi Khadi

Mi Khadi is based right here in Badlapur. We don't have a fancy complex address, just this part of town where we do our thing. Badlapur is a place that feels a bit more relaxed than the big city centers, which suits us just fine. We spend a lot of our time working with the materials we have on hand. The space we use is pretty modest. It’s mostly just a room with some tables and the tools we need. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the craft and put in the hours. The weather can get pretty hot here, so we usually start early in the morning to get the bulk of the work done before the afternoon sun hits. We aren't trying to grow into some massive corporation. We just want to keep making what we make and staying in Badlapur. A lot of the people around here know who we are just by seeing us around the neighborhood. It’s a simple life, really. We get the raw materials, we process them, and then we see where they go. There’s a lot of manual work involved, so our hands are usually busy. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It’s more about the physical work and being present in the shop. If you’re ever passing through this part of Badlapur, you might see us working through the window. It's just a regular day for us.
