Ebji Sunderdas

Our little business is based in the Ramabai Housing Society, specifically in room A 107. We are located right on Station Road in Kalwa West, which is part of Thane. Since we are so close to the station, there is always a lot of noise and a constant stream of people moving around outside the building. It’s a very busy and crowded area, but that is just what life is like in this part of Thane. Our office is inside the housing society itself, so it has a very local and neighborly feel rather than a corporate one. We aren't a big company with lots of employees. It’s just a small group of us working out of this flat. We have our desks tucked into whatever space we could find, and we spend our days handling various orders and talking to people on the phone. The building is on the older side, and the lift can be a bit unreliable at times, so many of us have just gotten into the habit of taking the stairs. We have been a part of this local community for many years now. Most of the people living around here know us. We don't have a fancy showroom or a big office for people to visit. If someone needs to talk to us, they just come to the door and knock like anyone else. It is a very direct and simple way of doing things.
