We have been operating out of Road No. 15 in the Wagle Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Our spot is right behind the MSEB office in Thane, which most people in the area know pretty well. It’s a very busy industrial neighborhood in Mumbai, so there is always a lot of activity and noise outside. Our workshop is at A-17, and it is a practical space, nothing too fancy or polished. Most of the day is spent handling machinery and making sure our production stays on track. We have a small group of guys working here. Some have been with us for a long time, while others are newer to the team. We just focus on the manufacturing tasks we have for the day. It’s a lot of hands-on work, and by the end of the shift, the floor is usually covered in bits of material and dust. We don’t really do big meetings or have a corporate office setup. It’s more about being on the floor and getting things done. The traffic around Wagle Estate can be a real pain in the evenings, especially when all the units close up at the same time. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years with new buildings popping up, but we just keep doing our thing inside our walls. If you stop by, you’ll likely see us in our work clothes, probably busy with a machine or checking on a shipment. It is just regular, daily work for us.
