You can find us up on the third floor of the Vihar CHS building. We are in room number 22, located in Hanuman Nagar over in Kalyan East. Being situated on the third floor means people have to walk up the stairs or use the lift, which can be quite slow during the busy hours. It is a bit of a quiet spot if you compare it to the main road outside. We handle a lot of the banking needs for the families living in the society and around the Hanuman Nagar area. Most days it is just about processing different forms or helping someone with their mobile banking app because they got locked out of it. The office is not very large, so the staff all sit pretty close to each other. We have a small, dedicated team working here. We try to keep things moving so the line of people does not stretch out into the hallway. Since we are a bit tucked away, people usually know exactly why they are coming to see us before they arrive. It is not the kind of place where folks just wander in by accident. We spend a lot of time on the phones or checking through various documents. It is simple work, honestly. We see a lot of the same people every single month. It feels like a small neighborhood office because that is exactly what it is. Kalyan gets very hot, so we are glad the fans work well in this room.
