Happenstance Engineering Pvt Ltd. is located in the Skylark building, specifically on the 5th floor at 509. We are at Plot No. 63 in Sector 11 of CBD Belapur in Navi Mumbai. This area is quite a hub for offices, so there are always people moving around the building and the elevators stay busy. Our office isn’t huge, but it has enough room for our desks and all the engineering plans we have to keep track of. The view from the fifth floor isn't anything special, mostly just the other office blocks and the street below. We have a small staff and things stay pretty quiet most of the time, unless we have a big project deadline coming up. Then it gets a bit hectic with papers everywhere and the printer running non-stop. The office itself is pretty plain with standard desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a simple door with our name on it. Most of us commute from different parts of Navi Mumbai, so we’re all used to the local trains and buses. We usually go out for a quick lunch at one of the small cafes nearby. It’s a decent place to work and we just focus on getting our technical tasks done without any fuss. It’s a regular office life for us here in Belapur, just trying to stay organized and get things finished.
