We have been running this place at Shop No SF 44 in Viviana Mall for a while now. It is up on the second floor, which gets plenty of people walking by when the mall is busy. Being on Pokhran Road No 2 in Thane West means there is always something going on nearby. We spend most of our time just keeping the items arranged on the shelves and helping whoever walks through the door. The Voltas Compound is right there, and Subhash Nagar is just a short distance away too. It is a big mall, but our shop feels quite small when you are inside it. We don't have any big corporate plans; we just open up every morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes the air conditioning in the mall is too cold, and other times it is just right. We know many of the other shop owners on the second floor. It is a decent community of people working here. We mostly just focus on our own tasks and making sure the shop is ready for customers. You can find us easily enough if you head to the second floor and look for shop 44. It is a simple setup with cards and gifts. We don't do any fancy marketing. We just stay here and do our work until the mall closes at night. It can be a long day, but we are used to it.
