H & M Technology Ventures Llp is located in Flat No. 1103 at Goldcroft. That’s inside Hiranandani Estate on Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Being up on the 11th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at our screens. The estate is a busy place and Ghodbunder Road is always packed with traffic, which is something we deal with every single day. We’ve been here for a bit now. It is a regular flat turned into an office space. You walk in and there are desks and some chairs. We are a small group of people working on different things under the LLP name. Sometimes the wind is quite strong up here because of how high the building is. Most of us live nearby or travel down the road to get here. It isn't a fancy corporate headquarters with a massive lobby or anything like that. Just a door with a number on it. We spend our mornings getting started and our evenings trying to finish up before the traffic gets really bad outside. The pin code is 400607 if you are looking for it on a map. People usually know the Hiranandani area well so it isn't too hard to find us once you get past the main gate. We just keep our heads down and do the work we need to do. It's a quiet enough spot for an office if you don't mind the height.
