Gurudutt Steel Corporation

Gurudutt Steel Corporation is located right at Shop No 10 by the Oshiwara Bridge in Jogeshwari West. It is a very specific spot, close to the Hindu Cemetery Road. Being near the bridge means it is always noisy with the sound of trucks and cars passing overhead. We have a lot of heavy steel items around, so the shop is quite industrial and gritty. It is not the kind of place you come to for a quiet chat. There is a lot of dust from the road and the metal we move around. We have been here for years, and the area hasn't changed much except for the traffic getting worse. The shop is basically a large room with high ceilings where we stack all our stock. It is a bit dark inside because we don't have many windows, but we have big lights to see what we are doing. Most people find us because they are already in the area for construction or metal work. We are near the Walkeshwar side as well. It is a tough environment but it is what we know. We spend our days loading trucks and checking our inventory. There isn't any fancy office space here. Just a small desk in the corner with a calculator and some ledgers. It is a straightforward business where we focus on moving the steel and getting through the daily list of tasks near the bridge, making sure the heavy lifting is done right.
