Gulf Automation Technologies Ltd

Working out of Airoli at the Msetc Colony near the 220 Kv Bhagirathi station is a bit different than being in the middle of a city. Gulf Automation Technologies Ltd is situated right on Thane Belapur Road, which means we see a lot of industrial traffic. Our space in Room No 4 isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with all the tools and parts we need. It’s a technical environment. There are wires and circuit boards on almost every surface. We spend our days troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't moving the way they should. It gets hot in Navi Mumbai, and our little fan does its best to keep us cool. We usually have the door open to get some air. The commute for most of us is long, so we make the most of the hours we spend here. We aren't a massive factory, just a group of people who understand how machines talk to each other. Sometimes the instructions for a piece of gear are in a language we barely understand, so we just figure it out by trial and error. It’s satisfying when a system finally clicks into place after hours of work. We don't wear suits. We wear work shirts that usually have a bit of grease or dust on them. That’s just the reality of automation work in this part of Thane.
