Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited

This is the office for Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited. Even though the actual port is located quite a distance away, our management and coordination office is right here in Thane West. Specifically, we are located at C 4 403 in the Valley Towers. It is near the Eden Woods complex and right across from the Apna Bazar Post Office, which is very helpful for our mail. The address is on Gladys Alwaris Road, which connects over to Pokhran Road No 2. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain to delivery drivers sometimes, but most people know the Valley Towers. Being in Thane is very convenient for many of the staff who live in the suburbs. We manage various port operations and logistics tasks from this office. It involves a lot of coordination with ships, cargo schedules, and transport companies. The area around Valley Towers is mostly residential and green, so it is a bit quieter than a real dockside would be. We have a lot of files, computer screens, and maps around the office to keep track of everything. The post office being right across the street is very handy for sending out official documents and contracts. Thane West is always growing, and the traffic can get pretty tough on Pokhran Road during the evenings. We just come in, do our regular shifts, and go home like anyone else. Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited has a lot of moving parts across the state, and we are just one part of that machine here in Thane.
