Grey-Cell Engineers Pvt. Ltd is located in Thane West. We are in the Kavita Co-Op. Housing building, room 102. It’s a bit different because we are in a residential-style building, which makes it feel more like a home than a sterile office. We have a few computers, some desks, and a lot of technical manuals. We do engineering consulting and design work. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, and then a lot of drawing and calculating. A big sign outside isn't something we have. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for years. We like being in Thane because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing or someone explaining a diagram. A big firm with hundreds of employees isn't what we are. We are just a small group of engineers who enjoy the technical side of things. Fancy presentations with lots of buzzwords don't happen here. We just show the work and explain how it’s going to work. There’s a tea shop downstairs where we usually go when we need a break. It’s a straightforward life. Keeping files organized and staying on top of the latest standards is what we focus on. It’s just how we operate. No bells or whistles, just the engineering. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, but we eventually figure it out together.
