Our office is tucked away in Flat Number 201 on the second floor of a building in Mumbai. Being in this city, things are always a bit rushed and the noise from the street never really stops even up here. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or looking at screens trying to find flights or trains that actually make sense for people. It is a small space, mostly filled with stacks of papers, old maps, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. People come in wanting to go somewhere else, and we do the legwork to figure out how they can get there without spending too much. It gets a bit cramped when a few customers come in at once because the hallway isn't that wide. We are just a regular team of people who know how annoying travel can be if you don't get the details right. Most of us have lived in Maharashtra our whole lives, so we know the local routes pretty well too. Some days the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load while someone sits across the desk waiting. It is just the way it goes. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just a quiet place where we handle bookings and try to keep everyone's plans on track as best as we can.
