Our office is located at 302, on the third floor of Poteshwarvilla. It is right there in Shelarnaka on Patharli Lane. If you are familiar with Dombivali East, you know the area can be quite lively. We go by Gops Agro and Crafts, and as an OPC, it's a small-scale operation. We mostly focus on agricultural items and some craft supplies that come through our doors. The building itself is a regular residential-cum-commercial spot, and we've been on the third floor for some time. There is no elevator, so we get our exercise climbing up the stairs every morning. The space is filled with samples and some of the crafts we handle. It's not a showroom or anything, just a place where we manage the logistics and talk to our suppliers. Patharli Lane usually has a lot of foot traffic, which makes the atmosphere feel very connected to the neighborhood. We handle the paperwork and coordinate the shipping of agro products from this room. It’s a lot of manual tracking and calling people to make sure things arrive on time. We don't really do big marketing campaigns; we just work with the people we know. Some days the office feels a bit cramped with all the craft materials, but we manage to find what we need. It’s a honest day's work for us. Being in Dombivali means we are close to the heart of the local trade, which helps a lot.
