Glimmer & Metal Industries is tucked away in the Narmada Laxmi Industrial Complex, which is in Vartak Nagar in Thane. The unit number is 206. It’s a typical industrial complex where you see a lot of metalwork and small manufacturing units side by side. When you walk through the complex, you can hear the sounds of machines and the clinking of metal parts. Our unit isn't very large, but we have enough space for our equipment and the materials we work with. The floor is concrete and often has a few scratches from moving heavy items around. We spend our days handling various metal projects, and it can get a bit messy with the filings and the oil. It’s the kind of place where you wear work clothes that you don't mind getting dirty. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a polished showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just come to the shop floor. The air inside is usually a bit heavy with the smell of the machines, but we keep the fans going to stay cool. We have a small desk in the corner for the paperwork and the bills.
