Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Warehouse)

This is the Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd warehouse located out in Bhiwandi. Specifically, we are in the Shree Aryan Compound. It is a big place, and we occupy Building J-13/14, covering Galas 1 through 10. You have to take Reti Bunder Road to get here, passing through Kalaher Village. It is a real industrial area, so there are trucks everywhere and the roads can get pretty dusty, especially in the dry season. Our daily life involves a lot of moving boxes and keeping track of inventory. With ten galas to manage, there is always something that needs sorting or shifting. It is not the kind of job where you sit down much. We are surrounded by other warehouses, so the noise of forklifts and shutters opening is the constant background music. The air is thick with the smell of old cardboard and sometimes the exhaust from the lorries waiting outside. We have got a system, even if it looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. It is a hardworking environment where everyone knows their role. We do not have a fancy office out here; it is all about the storage space and the loading bays. The location near the pipe area in Kalaher makes it a key spot for logistics, even if the traffic on Reti Bunder Road can be a nightmare sometimes. We just start early, stay late when we have to, and keep the goods moving through the compound. It is practical, gritty work.
