Genpact India Ltd

We are located in Nerul West, Navi Mumbai, at C 21 11 in Sector 48. Nerul is a bit quieter than the main parts of Mumbai, which we appreciate. The office is in a residential-style sector, so it doesn't feel too corporate. We have been working under the Genpact India Ltd name here for quite a while. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves our purpose. We spend our hours mostly doing data entry and checking through records. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but we take turns going out for snacks or some air. The local trains are just a short trip away, which is how most of us get here. When it rains during the monsoon, the streets can get a bit flooded, but we still make it in. We don’t have any marketing people or sales staff here. It’s just the folks who do the actual work. We keep things simple. Our desks are a bit messy with papers, and we might not have the newest computers, but we manage. It’s a practical environment. We don’t need much else besides a working internet connection and some decent chai. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. It's just where we do our business every day. It is a plain and simple office life for us.
