Ganesh Steel Traders

Our place is tucked away in Mahatre Nagar, just off the Kalyan Shill Road. We are pretty close to Lalit Kata in the MIDC-II area of Dombivli East. It’s an industrial zone, so there are trucks everywhere and the roads aren't always the smoothest. Ganesh Steel Traders has been operating out of this spot for a while. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of getting steel in and out of such a busy neighborhood. The warehouse gets quite warm in the summer, but we’re used to it. We don't bother with fancy signs or decorations. The focus is always on the inventory and making sure we have what people are asking for. Most of our day is spent checking invoices and helping people load their vehicles. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We’ve got a small team here, and we all pitch in with everything. There isn't really a boss who sits in a closed office; we are all out on the floor. Sometimes we have a cup of tea while waiting for a delivery to arrive. It’s a noisy, busy life in this part of town, but we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if it were quiet. We just provide steel to whoever needs it and try to keep things moving as best as we can without making things too complicated. That’s just the way it works for us and our small crew.
