Fortune Cars Pvt Ltd is located in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. We are in the Sai Dham Co-operative Society, specifically in Sector 5, Building F-9, Room 217. It’s a Simplex building, so it’s a residential area where we have our small office setup. Working out of a housing society room is pretty common around here. You see your neighbors every day while you’re trying to get through the paperwork. Since we are in the car business, we spend a lot of time talking about different models and prices. Navi Mumbai has grown so much, and Ghansoli is right in the middle of that change. Our room is small and packed with files. We don't have a big showroom with bright lights and fancy glass. It’s mostly just us handling the administrative side of the private limited company. People find us through the society gate and come up to Room 217. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but it’s our spot. We keep things simple and don't try to act like a giant corporation. We just focus on the cars and the customers who find their way to us in Sector 5. It can get a bit humid in the afternoons, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open the mail, answer the calls, and deal with the registrations.
