Fleekygeeks LLP is based in Kalyan, specifically in the Chikanghar area. We’re located in Flat No 81A of the Gurumukh Apartments. It’s quite near the HUDCO Colony, which is a good reference point for people in the neighborhood. We aren’t a giant firm with a lobby and a fountain. We’re just a group of people working out of a flat. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which is okay with us. We have our computers set up in the main room, and we use the other spaces for storage or just to take a break. Being in a residential building means it’s relatively quiet most of the time, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We’re in the 421304 zip code area of Thane. We do our tech work here day in and day out. We don’t have a dress code or fancy titles. We just know what needs to be done and we try to do it. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of milk for tea, and we just deal with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We’d rather just show that we can do the work. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps things low-key. We like the local vibe of Kalyan and being part of the community here. The apartment has a small balcony where we sometimes go to get some fresh air between tasks.
