We’ve been working out of the Celeste building near RNA Viva for a while now. If you know Ghodbunder Road in Mira Road, you know how the traffic gets around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading back toward Vasai or Thane. Our office is in room 403. Most days are spent looking over hospital plans and making sure the consultancy side of things is moving along. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different departments. We deal with doctors and administrators who are trying to get their clinics off the ground. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the construction going on nearby, but we just keep the windows shut and get on with the spreadsheets. It isn't a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this part of Maharashtra. People stop by to ask about hospital regulations or how to manage their staff better. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, answering emails and trying to keep the projects on schedule. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that’s just how it is. We make a lot of tea and spend our hours figuring out the best way to lay out a new ward or where the oxygen lines should go. It’s practical work. Most of the time we are just trying to keep up with the new rules.
