First Flight Couriers Ltd

Based in Thane East, we’ve been operating First Flight Couriers Ltd for a good bit of time now. The 400603 pin code is our main territory. We’ve got some old desks and a lot of shelving for the smaller packets and envelopes. Most of the day is spent checking the logbooks and making sure the riders have what they need before they head out into the heavy traffic. It gets loud outside with the horns and the trains, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name on the door and a lot of activity inside. People come in to drop off documents for the city or further away. We just take them, weigh them, and get them into the right pile for the evening run. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just tell it like it is. If a delivery is going to be late because of a block on the road, we say so. We keep it simple. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. Pushing carts, taping up boxes that weren't closed right, and drinking a lot of chai to keep the energy up. It's a local business through and through, just doing what needs doing every day and trying to keep things organized.
