Farmgrowth Science Farmers Producer Company Limited is located over at 123 Kasod-Shivpurshahapur Road. It is a bit of a stretch of road, but we are easy enough to find if you know where you’re going. We started this because we wanted a way to organize things better for the farms around here. There’s always a lot of talk about science and growth, but for us, it’s mostly about the practical side of getting things grown and moved. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation with slick offices. It’s just a regular place where we handle the business side of farming. Some days are quieter than others, but during harvest, it gets pretty hectic around the shop. We deal with all sorts of local issues and try to keep things steady. The road can get dusty, and sometimes the electricity goes out, but we just keep working through it. It’s a collective effort, really. We didn't want anything too complicated. People stop by, we chat about the crops, and we see what needs doing next. It’s a lot of physical work mixed with some record-keeping that none of us really enjoys but we have to do. Being out here on the road means we see a lot of people passing through. We just want to do our part for the local growers and keep the wheels turning for everyone involved in the group.
