Fargrow Ventures Private Limited operates out of Flat 404 in the Alexandra building at Lodha Paradise. If you've been to Majiwada in Thane, you know the area is growing really fast. We decided to set up here because it’s central and easy to get to, even with the Thane traffic. Our space is just a regular flat turned into a workspace. It’s not a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is mostly just a few of us working on laptops and taking calls all day. We do a lot of different things, but it all comes down to basic business stuff. We like being in this part of Thane because everything we need is right nearby. It can get a bit loud in the building sometimes with all the families around, but we don't mind. We aren't really about the corporate polish you see in the big Mumbai offices. We wear regular clothes and just get our work done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and other times we might take a long break if things are quiet. It’s a very human way of working. We handle our ventures with common sense rather than complicated theories. If you ever come by Alexandra, you'll see we are just a small team trying to grow something useful from this little corner of Majiwada.
