Our place is in Wing A/10, room 701, over at Charms City. It's right near the railway gate, so you can always hear the trains passing by throughout the day. Eternal It Solutions Llp is a small operation. We handle IT problems and provide various solutions for small businesses and individuals. It’s not a fancy office at all. We have some desks, a few spare monitors lying around, and usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know our way around a computer. We’ve had to learn things the hard way over the years by fixing one problem at a time. When someone’s system crashes or their internet stops working, they call us. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what they will cost. No hidden fees or corporate talk here. The commute is okay since it's close to the gate, but it can get quite dusty with all the construction happening nearby. We like the local feel of being in Charms City. It feels like we are part of the community. We don't have a PR person or a marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and that we do a decent job for a fair price. It's a simple life and we enjoy the technical challenges that come our way every morning.
