Etcher Technologies Llp is over in Thane East. Our place is Number 22 in Ganpati Villa. It’s right behind Pratap Cinema, which is a pretty well-known landmark if you live around this side of town. Being in Thane East is different from the west side; it’s got its own local character and feels more established. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s a villa, so it feels more like a house than a typical place of business. We like that atmosphere. It makes the long workday feel a bit more relaxed for everyone. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the lane are all used to us being around. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic, which is fine by us. We just stay inside and do our work. The building is simple and practical for our needs. Sometimes the noise from the cinema area can be heard in the background, but it’s mostly just part of the local sounds. We don't have a marketing team or any corporate departments. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks as they come. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We take the train or the bus and then walk over from the station. It’s a good spot for an Llp to be based. We don't try to look like a big corporation. We’re just a small team in a villa behind a cinema.
