Our office is over in Bhayandar West, inside the Salasar Brijbhoomi Complex. Specifically, we are in room 507-B of the Krishna Kunj building. Being near Maxus Mall means there is always something going on around us. It is a lively part of the Thane district. We have been here for a good stretch of time. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and files. We deal with the day-to-day operations for Essar Group in this region. It isn't a high-pressure corporate suite, just a regular place where local staff come to work. We know the security guards and the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes it gets crowded in the complex, especially on weekends when everyone goes to the mall, but we are usually just heads down at our desks. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect. It is about getting the job done. The commute can be a bit of a trek for some of us, but we like the atmosphere here. We keep things simple. If there is paperwork to sort or calls to make, that is what we do. We have found a rhythm that works for us in this corner of Maharashtra. It is a functional space that suits the way we work. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a bunch of us doing our bit every day. It feels like a real community in this building.
